Credits are your portal balance. Every service costs a fixed amount of credits — no surprises.

• 1 credit ≈ €0.80 (packs) or €0.65 (Gold subscription) — the bigger the pack, the lower the per-credit price.
• Purchased credits never expire. Subscription credits renew monthly and roll over pro rata.
• Before every booking the calculator shows estimated credits live — including the euro value.
• Cancel before session start: credits are refunded instantly and automatically.
